TERMS AND CONDITIONS

� Initial capital: 30% minimum to 50% maximum.

� Term: from 3 to 10 years.

� Residual value: 10% of the value of the vessel.

OPTIONS

� Subrogate leasing.

� Purchase the vessel at Residual Value.

� Renewal of leasing contract.

LEASING COSTS

  • IVA: VAT: Reduced VAT on installments and 16% on the Residual Value.
  • Bank charges: Interest and administration charges.
  • Notary fees: On Italian Leasing.
  • Insurance: All risks policy with rights ceded to bank.
  • Registration: Registration taxes + flag registry
